Meet Your Supportive Guide

Mary Ballard is a certified divorce and relationship coach specializing in attachment-based work, helping women navigate high-conflict dynamics with clarity, emotional stability, and grounded decision-making. Her approach is rooted in Integrated Attachment Theory, supporting clients in understanding triggers, regulating responses, and communicating in ways that protect both their peace and their long-term outcomes.

With over 20 years of experience as an educator, coach, and mentor, Mary brings a structured, thoughtful approach to complex situations. Her background includes extensive work within the homeschool community, where she has spent over eight years teaching and leading homeschool families. As a homeschool educator and evaluator, she is deeply familiar with Florida’s homeschool requirements and the level of consistency, documentation, and intentional structure required to support a child’s education.

This experience uniquely positions her to support clients navigating divorce while homeschooling—helping them maintain stability, advocate effectively, and make decisions that protect both their children’s education and their overall well-being.

My Approach

  • Calm, grounded support in high-conflict situations
  • Focus on emotional regulation and clear, intentional thinking
  • Attachment-based insight to understand patterns and triggers
  • Strategic guidance to help you make decisions you can stand on
  • Child-centered, stability-focused approach (especially for homeschooling families)
  • Faith-based perspective available for clients who desire it

My Credentials

  • Certified Divorce Coach
  • Certified Relationship Coach (Integrated Attachment Theory, Personal Development School)
  • Florida Certified Teacher
  • Reading Endorsement
  • ESOL Endorsement
  • 20+ years in education, coaching, and mentorship
  • 8+ years within the homeschool community (teaching, leadership, evaluation)

This is why clients are able to remain steady, communicate clearly, and make decisions that hold up—both personally and within the legal process.
